Engineered by James Lott & Matt Ross-Sprang, and mastered by Larry Nix (Stax),

From the Rockabilly homages of tracks, Here We Go & Brooklyn Hillbillies to the blues infused, St. James River, country inspired Morning Biscuits, torch song styling of, Far From You and the jazzy Floyd Cramer-esque instrumental Roadrunner,
Greetings From Memphis has sprung from the deepest American Roots.

Kevin’s Note
First appearing on 2007’s, BURN, I revisited my song, Brooklyn Hillbillies so it could be recorded at Sun. Scotty Moore’s picking style on the early Elvis Presley Sun Records is a huge influence on my playing and I wanted to add my inspired picking styles to the history of the room.

In love and respect for Scotty Moore and his influence on myself and Rock-n-Roll, I dedicate Brooklyn Hillbillies & Here We Go to him. Thanks Scotty.
